Rob Hassett
Rob is an attorney based in Atlanta, providing legal services in the corporate, technology, and entertainment areas.
He is very experienced in setting up corporation and limited liability companies, including advising about and drafting shareholder agreements that involve intellectual property issues including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and right of privacy and publicity.
Robb's experience also includes negotiating and drafting talent, life story, confidentiality, data privacy, terms of use, master service agreements and other types of agreements especially those relating to entertainment and computer software.
He co-authored the volume on Internet and Interactive media law of the leading treatise on entertainment industry contracts published by Lexis/Nexis.
Rob has also taught classes in the professional Education Program at Georgia Tech, and is currently General Counsel of the Georgia Game Developers Association and the Co-Chair of the annual Investment Day at SIEGE.
Rob received his JD from the University of Georgia and has represented clients such as Mailchimp, Appriver, Street Resource Group., and America's Favorite Chicken.
Lynn Hassett
Lynn is an attorney based in Atlanta, specializing in the areas of personal injury, family law, estate planning, and estate administration. She also has experience drafting case summaries for the online database of Lexis.
Over the course of her career, she has started two small businesses, become certified as an elementary school teacher, and -- as an attorney, handled family law matters, misdemeanors, and probate.
Lynn received her JD from Georgia State University.
